For Eric Velado, being welcomed into the sacred tradition of a wedding is a privilege, and ensures that he never fails to focus on the details and special moments that every wedding offers.
OUR APPROACH:
Photography starts in the dressing room where the coverage is mostly journalistic, with some arranging of details, shots, and a few posed portraits if the bride is willing.
The ceremony is covered in a purely photo-journalistic style with no interference from the photographer. The reception is mostly photo-journalistic, but any small group shots that the couple want is accommodated. At some point during the wedding day, the photographer and the couple sneak off for a portrait shoot, which gives this style the name of portrait journalism or fashion-wedding photography.
Eric Velado is married, has two kids, and is constantly developing his skills in photography.
